After an evening toasting to your celebrations ahead, take your time waking up to rolling views and light summer morning air. You and your guests can savour an Elmley continental breakfast, or make the most of your kitchen facilities and whip up your favourites. Take a stroll through the reserve or enjoy a wild swim in our dipping pond or our private beach, before returning to Kingshill Farmhouse to begin getting ready with your closest friends and family.

Picture exchanging your vows surrounded by wildflower meadows, endless skies, and the breathtaking backdrop of the reserve and estuary. For something more intimate, host your ceremony in our open barn, The Linhay, where you can say your “I do’s” beneath rustic beams and open skies. Or choose the timeless beauty of our historic Victorian barn, with its soaring vaulted ceilings and grand panelled window framing nature beyond.

After the ceremony, celebrate with drinks and delicate canapés in one of our outdoor spaces, the air filled with laughter, live music from your chosen musician, and the gentle hum of summer. Guests can wander, relax, and enjoy traditional garden games as the day unfolds.

As the sun begins to set, slip away for a golden-hour stroll through our long, grassed meadows, capturing unforgettable moments in the soft evening light.

Then return to dance the night away, surrounded by love, joy, and the people who matter most. At midnight, gather your guests around the late-night firepit and begin winding down from a night of partying, before drifting to bed.

Rise from a restorative sleep after a night full of love and laughter (and partying!). You and your guests can enjoy another stunning sunrise from your accommodation, wander the reserve's trails, and gather for an Elmley breakfast in Kingshill Barn once more before bidding adieu to your friends and family. 1:30pm - Wedding ceremony in the Farmhouse garden with the stunning backdrop of the reserve and estuary
2:00pm - Drinks reception at the Linhay and Courtyard with live music and canapes
3:45pm - Call for dinner in Kingshill Barn and finally revealing to your guests this unique and memorable space
4:00pm - Bride and Groom's entrance
4:05pm - Speeches
4:30pm - Wedding breakfast to start
6:00pm - Cocktail hour at The Linhay with some garden games whilst our team prepare the barn for your evening entertainment
7:00pm - Elmley's evening bar to open
7:30pm - Cutting of the cake in Kingshill Barn under the twinkling fairy lights
8:00pm - First Dance leading into your chosen evening entertainment
11:30pm - Evening firepit to be lit

There is no curfew, so you and your guests can drift off to bed whenever you are ready.
