Our guests said:

Such a lovely way to wake up in the morning. Watching the sunrise and listening to the birdsong. This is a magical place and so close to London. The hut was more like a 5 star hotel but without the fuss.” Patrick & Suzie, Aug ’14

“This place is absolutely wonderful and I’ve had the best time. So peaceful and beautiful. I’ll be back very soon without a doubt.” Katie, Oct ’14

“We truly loved our stay at Elmley. It was a unique experience that you would struggle to find anywhere else worldwide. After a lovely welcome from Georgina we were shown the amazing shepherd’s hut which was so cosy and well made. The wood burning stove heated the space perfectly and we awoke to see barn owls swooping and feeding right in front of the hut. The whole experience was truly special as the landscape and wildlife were so beautiful. The listing really captured what you experienced. On Saturday we chatted to Gareth and he was very friendly and a mine of great information. 10 out of 10 and we’ll definitely be back.”  Richard & Cate, Nov ’14

“We enjoyed our stay a lot – peaceful and quiet surroundings, cosy hut and very good food from Georgina and Gareth and the Ferry Inn pub.” Ursula, Nov ’14

“We spent a night at the end of 2014.  Watching the sun rise listening to the dawn chorus and eating Georgina’s butties….  very special.” Alan Dec’14
